Ten years ago I was a disorganised mess. Frustrated, stressed and unhappy. I had a young family and I wasn't getting much sleep. I felt sorry for myself and thought I was a victim of my circumstances. I used many excuses to explain why my life wasn't turning out the way I wanted it to.
Fortunately one day I came to the realisation that the thoughts in my head were holding me back, that I had beliefs that were limiting my potential, so little by little I started to change these thoughts and uncover these limiting beliefs. I then started to create new habits and equipped with more positive habits I started to achieve my goals. I had figured out how I could achieve my dreams, still be a good parent and fulfil all of the other roles and responsibilities I had in my life. I focused on positivity and taking continuous action and life started to look like I had always imagined

Hi there, I'm Ciara Conlon and I will be your coach supporting you to change your habits and change you life.
I have spent many years studying habits and human behaviour. My goal is to help people become more conscious of their daily habits and how they are affecting them positively or negatively in order to make better decisions about what is going to support your success moving forward.
People can change and I will show you how.
I have been helping people change for almost twenty years, through online coaching programmes, corporate training and coaching and through my books and events.
I am also a professional speaker and author of three books. Chaos to Control, a practical guide to getting things done, Productivity for Dummies and my personal favourite Rise Before Your Bull and other habits of successful people.
I am quite honestly a naturally disorganised person but through the use of productivity tools, positive rituals and focused work I have transformed my life from being unhappy and frustrated to having a life full of joy and success. I live in Dublin, Ireland with my husband, three sons and our golden retriever Kobie.
